To complete your signup, please fill out the ON3 Shiny Thrift Volunteer Waiver and attach the required verification documents (such as a photo ID). Once completed, you may email the form and attachments to on3shinythrift@gmail.com or text a clear photo of the signed waiver to (469) 509-0883.
