ON3 SHINY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by ON3 Shiny, including ON3 Shiny Thrift and ON3 Shiny Spaces. By using our website, booking a service, scheduling a donation pickup, or participating in a pop-up shop, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL USE OF SERVICES


You agree to use ON3 Shiny services for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or engages in abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

2. ON3 SHINY THRIFT — TERMS OF SERVICE


2.1 Donations

• All donations must be women’s clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories in good, wearable condition.

• We reserve the right to decline items that are damaged, stained, excessively worn, or outside our accepted categories.

• Donation pickups are free within designated service areas.

• Once donated, items become the property of ON3 Shiny Thrift — donations are final and cannot be returned.


2.2 Pop-Up Shop Purchases

• All sales made at pop-up shops or events are final unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may vary depending on item condition and demand.

• Customers are responsible for checking items before purchase.


2.3 Scheduling & Communications

• Pickup requests must include accurate contact information.

• Missed or canceled pickup appointments may need to be rescheduled based on availability.

3. ON3 SHINY SPACES — CLEANING SERVICES TERMS


3.1 Booking & Appointments

• All cleaning services require accurate address, access instructions, and service details.

• Appointments may require a deposit depending on service size.

• Canceling within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.


3.2 Service Conditions

• Property must be accessible at the scheduled time.

• ON3 Shiny Spaces is not responsible for areas that cannot be cleaned due to blocked access or safety concerns.

• We do not move heavy furniture, large appliances, or personal valuables.


3.3 Customer Responsibilities


Customers agree to:

• Secure pets during service

• Remove hazards (chemicals, biohazards, weapons, pests)

• Provide honest information about the condition of the space

Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional charges.


3.4 Pop-Up Shop Setup & Breakdown

• ON3 Shiny Spaces provides labor only.

• Vendors must supply their own racks, tables, décor, and displays.

• Space must be safe and ready for setup.

4. PAYMENTS & FEES


4.1 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted forms of payment include Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and card (where available).


4.2 Additional Fees


Fees may apply for:

• Excessive messes beyond standard cleaning

• Biohazard or pet-related cleanup

• Late cancellations

• Extended labor or additional add-on services

5. NO WARRANTIES


All ON3 Shiny services are provided “as-is” without warranties or guarantees.

We commit to high-quality service but do not guarantee outcomes affected by property conditions, clutter, damage, or customer-prepared spaces.

6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS


ON3 Shiny is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Items left in disrepair

• Cost of repairs for items not caused by our team

• Lost or misplaced personal items left unsecured during service


Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS


We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

ON3 SHINY — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to ON3 Shiny Thrift and ON3 Shiny Spaces. By using our services, booking a cleaning, scheduling a donation pickup, or purchasing items at a pop-up shop, you agree to these terms.

1. ON3 SHINY THRIFT — RETURNS & EXCHANGES


1.1 Pop-Up Shop Purchases


All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit.


1.2 Donations


Once items are donated, they become the property of ON3 Shiny Thrift and cannot be returned.

2. ON3 SHINY SPACES — CLEANING SERVICE REFUNDS


2.1 Satisfaction Window


If unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours for a free touch-up cleaning (no refunds).


2.2 Non-Refundable Fees

• Completed services

• Same-day cancellations

• Missed appointments

• Deposits

• Incomplete work due to unsafe or blocked areas


2.3 Deposits


Non-refundable but may be credited toward rescheduling if done 24 hours in advance.

3. POP-UP SHOP CLEANING & SETUP


No refunds for completed setup, breakdown, or cleaning labor.

CANCELLATION POLICY


ON3 Shiny Thrift

• Donation pickups may be rescheduled at no cost.

• Repeated missed pickups may result in declined service.


ON3 Shiny Spaces

• Canceling within 24 hours = $25–$50 cancellation fee.

• If we arrive and cannot access the property, full service rate may apply.

SERVICE AGREEMENT (Cleaning Customers)


By booking a service with ON3 Shiny Spaces, the customer agrees to:


Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accessible entry

• Secure pets

• Remove hazards

• Provide accurate service details


ON3 Shiny Spaces Responsibilities

• Provide professional cleaning based on selected service

• Communicate delays or changes

• Offer a 24-hour touch-up window


Payment Terms

• Payment due same day

• Deposits required for large jobs

• Non-payment results in canceled future service

POP-UP SHOP SETUP & BREAKDOWN AGREEMENT


By booking this service, vendor agrees that:


Vendor Provides:

• Racks

• Tables

• Displays

• Décor

• Products

• Layout preference


ON3 Shiny Spaces Provides:

• Labor only

• Setup & organization

• Cleaning before/after

• Breakdown assistance


No refunds for completed labor.

DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY


ON3 Shiny is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Weak structures (shelves, racks, décor)

• Unstable vendor equipment

• Natural wear and tear

• Items lost in cluttered or unsafe spaces


Our liability is limited to the service amount paid.
